Review by hotel critic
I recently had the chance to stay at the Auberge Capucins during a family trip while heading to Provence, and I was pleasantly surprised by our experience. This charming old house really caters to families, with spacious triple rooms that provided ample space for my kids to spread out. Our room featured a comfy king-sized bed alongside a delightful antique bateau bed — a treat for the little ones. The location is ideal; right in the heart of the town, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Plus, there’s convenient parking right at the door, which made loading and unloading our bags a breeze. Breakfast was a nice way to start the day. My son was particularly fond of the local honey, which got him excited to try more of the local cuisine. One thing to note: the creaky floorboards add character, but if you're sensitive to noise, it might be something to consider. Despite this, our overall impression was that the warm hospitality and thoughtful family-friendly amenities made our one-night stay quite enjoyable. We plan to return to Auberge Capucins for another family getaway.
